By accessing or using BrokersSelect (the "Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may use BrokersSelect for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without prior written consent

• Use the Site or its content for any commercial purpose without permission

• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems

• Reproduce or redistribute our content in a way that misrepresents its origin or context

• Use the Site to transmit harmful, unlawful, or fraudulent content

All content on BrokersSelect — including text, broker reviews, scores, comparisons, methodology, design elements, graphics, logos, and original research — is owned by or licensed to BrokersSelect and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may share links to our content, cite limited extracts with attribution, or use content for personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, translate, or distribute our content commercially without prior written permission from [email protected].

If you submit broker reviews, ratings, comments, or reports through the Site, you grant BrokersSelect a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish, display, and use that content. You represent that your submissions are your own original work, do not infringe third-party rights, and are not defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove user-submitted content at our discretion.

BrokersSelect contains affiliate links to broker websites. When you click these links and open a trading account, we may earn a referral commission from the broker. This commercial arrangement is fully disclosed. Our editorial ratings, review scores, and content are not influenced by affiliate relationships. We clearly label affiliate links where required by applicable advertising standards.

From time to time, BrokersSelect may run promotional giveaways, including the current R10,000 cash prize promotion (the "Promotion"). By entering or participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms and any additional rules we publish on the Site, in our Telegram community, or in promotional materials.

Planned draw date: We currently intend to select and announce the winner in December 2026. This date is indicative only. BrokersSelect reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to postpone, reschedule, extend, or cancel the Promotion or the draw date for any reason, including operational, legal, regulatory, technical, or force majeure circumstances, without prior notice and without liability to entrants.

Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to individuals aged 18 or over who complete all published entry steps and meet any eligibility criteria we specify. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of BrokersSelect or its partners may be excluded. The Promotion may be void or restricted in certain jurisdictions where prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to confirm that participation is lawful where you live.

How to enter: Entry requires, at minimum, joining our Telegram group, subscribing to our mailing list, opening and funding an account with a designated partner broker, and submitting proof of deposit as instructed. Incomplete, fraudulent, duplicate, or automated entries may be disqualified. We may require identity verification, proof of eligibility, or additional documentation before confirming an entry or paying a prize.

Winner selection: Unless we state otherwise, the winner will be selected at random from eligible entries received by the closing date we announce, or from a verified shortlist if we adopt an alternative selection method. Our decision on eligibility, verification, and winner selection is final and binding, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Prize: The prize is R10,000 (South African Rand) unless we announce a different amount or currency. The prize is non-transferable. We may offer a cash equivalent or substitute prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. We are not responsible for bank fees, currency conversion, delays caused by third parties, or taxes, duties, or withholdings payable by the winner.

Trading and broker activity: Any requirement to deposit or trade with a partner broker involves financial risk. Participation in the Promotion does not reduce trading risk and does not constitute an endorsement of any broker. Losses from trading are your sole responsibility.

Amendments and cancellation: We may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, its rules, prize value, entry requirements, or draw timing at any time. Where practicable, material changes will be posted on the Site or in Telegram. Continued participation after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.

Publicity and data: If you win, you agree that we may publish your first name, region, or other non-sensitive details for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. Personal data submitted in connection with the Promotion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrokersSelect accepts no liability for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical failure, third-party platforms (including Telegram or email providers), or events outside our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability in connection with the Promotion is limited to the value of the prize actually awarded.

The content on BrokersSelect is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes personalised financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor should it be treated as a recommendation to trade, invest, or open an account with any specific broker. Always conduct your own research and, where appropriate, consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decision.

BrokersSelect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrokersSelect and its operators disclaim all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site

• Trading losses incurred as a result of reliance on content published on the Site

• Interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in site content

• Third-party websites or services linked from the Site

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

The Site contains links to external websites, including broker websites and regulatory bodies. These links are provided for convenience only. BrokersSelect does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites. Visiting external sites is entirely at your own risk.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
